Can I still bring my car to the car corral even though I haven't pre-registered?

Yes, Car Corral spaces are available all weekend of the show, at all of our shows. Please keep in mind that sometimes at our Spring Jefferson show the traffic is quite heavy and the Car Corral fills up - pre-registration for Spring Jefferson might save you some headaches. Also, Car Corral spaces can also be purchased during the posted vendor set up times.

Where do I pay admission and how much is it?

Admission is $6.00 per adult and children under 12 years are free with adult. The admission is paid at the fairgrounds gates as you enter the show. VENDORS: please get your hand stamped at the exit gate when you park in the vendor parking so you do not get asked to pay admission at the gates.

Can I use my golfcart/4-wheeler/motorbike, etc...on the fairgrounds?

Unless you have a state registered disability, or a very special circumstance, the use of such motorized vehicles is prohibited. If you do have a state disabled card, please bring it to the main office at any of our shows and we will give you a special sticker to put on your motorized vehicle. The disabled person will also receive a wristband and is the only person allowed to use the vehicle. Those caught without a sticker or wristband will be asked to park the vehicle for the rest of the weekend. A second time will result in possible revocation of space privileges and/or fines.

Can I bring my pet?

Unless it is for disability reasons, there are no pets allowed. No exceptions. Vendors that have pets must keep them in their own space and must not disturb customers and/or other vendors.

Is there a place to camp at your shows?

We allow vendors to stay overnight in their spaces, but there is no camping allowed in the parking lots. There are campgrounds near each show and call to the local chamber of commerce, or a search online should help you find a campground or hotel accommodations. Motorhomes are not allowed in the parking fields.

Can I leave my car in the Car Corral overnight?

Yes, we have security and local police patrolling the fairgrounds all night. We try to do our best to keep your items secure, but we cannot make any guarantees. Madison Classics is not responsible for any lost/stolen items.

Is there security on the grounds overnight and what time do the gates close?

Yes, we provide gate security all night and local police are on patrol throughout the night. At 7:00 p.m. all gates are locked except for designated vendor entrance gates. The designated "late" gate is locked at 11:00 p.m. - no exceptions. If you arrive after 11:00 p.m., you will not be allowed to enter the show until the next morning. Please ask the attendants at the gate, which is the designated vendor entrance gate.

I am a vendor, where do I park?

We ask that vendors park in the regular vendor area lot. Your vendor sticker will get you into the parking lot for free. Make sure you get a hand stamp when exiting the fairgrounds to the parking field, so you do not have to pay admission at the gate.

How do I pre-register?

Pre-registration can be done many ways. You can fill out and send in your order form from one of our flyers (or from this Web site) along with your check and we will send you a packet in the mail. The other way to pre-register for the same space is to do it at the previous show. That is, you can pre-register for the same spaces you had at Spring Jefferson for Fall Jefferson during the weekend at Spring Jefferson or Elkhorn. Jefferson pre-registration ends April 1st and Sept 1st. Vending spaces for Jefferson are available at the gate for an additional cost. For additional pre-registration questions please call our office (608) 244-8416.

Are there ATMs at the show?

We have an ATM at both Spring and Fall Jefferson located in the main building. ATMs may be available on the fairgrounds at Elkhorn depending on the provider.

How can I pick up parts on the grounds?

We prefer that you carry your items to a gate and then pick them up. If you have to drive in, we ask that you leave your name and $20.00 at the gate closest to your items. You will be given 20 minutes to go in and get your items. If you do not return with that time, you will forfeit your deposit. It is our insurance that you will not drive around on the grounds more than necessary. We must minimize traffic on the grounds for safety reasons during the show.
