Vendor Rules

Here are a few simple rules for all vendors and car corral attendees to keep in mind to help make the show better for everyone.

Vendor Stickers

Vendor passes are issued to you allowing one vehicle and two persons onto the fairgrounds. Any additional people will be charged admission. These stickers are not transferable. If you give a sticker to someone else, and they do not follow the rules of the show, you run the risk of losing your spaces and immediate ejection from the show without refund. If you only buy one space, only one vehicle will be allowed on the fairgrounds.

Vendor Spaces

Vendor spaces are marked and you are not allowed to overflow into the driving isles. All property you bring must fit within the amount of space you buy. This means all parts, tents, vehicles, tables…..vendor parking is available in our general parking lots if you don't want your vehicle in your space.

Motorized Vehicles

Vendors are not to use their vehicles, bikes, 4 wheelers, golf carts, motor bikes…. To get around the fairgrounds unless you possess a state certified handicap sticker. You must present it at the show office the weekend of the show. Only the person who is handicapped is allowed to use the intended vehicle after registering the vehicle. Anyone else caught using the vehicle will immediately terminate the use of the vehicle for the rest of the weekend, and risk losing your spaces for the weekend with no refund.

Items For Sale

Must consist of 80% automotive related items. This is an automotive swap meet. The sale of guns, knives, martial arts weapons, clothes with drug related messages are strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to ask you to remove any such items, and failure to do so permanently will result in your ejection from the show without refund, and possible confiscation from the local police department.

Excess Trash

Trash bags are given to you upon entry to our show. If you need additional bags for your trash please come to our office and pick some up. If you brought it and it doesn't sell, take it back home with you. Excess trash in your spaces will result in fines from the local police department, disposal fees from Madison Classics, and loss of future vending privileges at our shows. Please police your spots and neighbors spots for excessive trash. If you notice your neighbor left excessive trash, please let us know and we will take care of it immediately.

No Alcohol

No alcohol is permitted on the fairgrounds in accordance with the City Ordinances. If you want to party, this is not the place. Disorderly or intoxicated persons will not be tolerated. We don't tolerate anyone endangering the safety or enjoyment of our show due your choice to drink. Immediate ejection without refund and loss of your spaces for this show and future shows can and will happen.

Cars For Sale Corral

These spaces allow the vehicle and one person in each day. Additional persons in the car will be charged spectator admission. No parts may be displayed for sale in the Cars for Sale Corral area. This area is for vehicles only. Vehicles on trailers will be charged double the cost of a space, as they take up more space than just a vehicle, and will be put in a special area just for vehicles on trailers. Oversized vehicles will be charged accordingly.
