Saturday 6:00 am - 7:00 pm

No entry on Thursday. Gates close promptly at 7:00 PM without exception. Vendors choosing to leave at the end of day will be allowed to re-enter grounds until 11pm. No exceptions.

Vendor Stickers

Each vendor pass issued to you allows one vehicle and two persons on fairgrounds. All others must pay admission and parking. These stickers are non transferable. If transferred you run the risk of ejection without space refund.

Vendor Spaces

Vendor spaces are marked and your parts must fit into the allotted space you buy - not beyond - no exceptions.

Motorized Vehicles

Vendors are allowed to use their motorized vehicles (golf carts or bikes) in the swap area from 4pm-11pm. Golf carts, bikes, 4 wheelers, 3 wheelers, lawn mowers etc. are not allowed from 6am - 4pm. No exceptions. This use is a privilege. If you are caught abusing this policy, the privilege and vehicle will be revoked for the weekend. Mobility carts being used during the 6am - 4pm timeframe must be approved and registered by Madison Classics. A mobility vehicle can be registered in the main activity building. Test driving/riding off road vehicles such as motorcycles, ATV, four-wheelers, motor cross bikes, snow mobiles, etc...) is NOT allowed on the fairgrounds or in the parking lot.

Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are after 11:00 pm at this time there should be no loud music, generators, walking around, its quiet time-go to bed please.

Items For Sale

Items for sale must consist of 80% car related items. We reserve the right for removal of any items. Failure to do so will result in ejection without refund and possible confiscation from local police department. No pornography, firearms, knives, crossbows, BB guns or any other weapons or obscene items allowed.

Excess Trash

Excess trash will not be tolerated. Excess trash will result in fines from local police department. Tire disposal fees will be applied to vendors whom leave tires behind. No exceptions. Trash bags are given out as you enter into show. If you need more, trash bags are available at Gate #3 all weekend.

No Alcohol

Alcohol is NOT permitted on the fairgrounds in accordance with the City Ordinances. If you want to party, this is not the place. Disorderly or intoxicated persons will not be tolerated and anyone endangering the safety or enjoyment of our show will immediately be ejection without refund.

Car Corral

These spaces allow only the vehicle and one person (driver) in each day. No parts for sale in car corral area. Vehicles left on trailer pay double for the space required.

Pets

Pets are not allowed. Service animals are welcome. Spectators are not allowed to enter grounds with pets. Vendors whom choose to bring there pets must have them properly restrained at all times. Your pet must be non offensive at all times - including barking. Vendors whom have a problem with a neighbor for any reason please notify the office so we can deal with issues for you immediately at the show. Vendors, any pets not conforming to these rules will result in your ejection without refund.

Concessions

Concession stands can be found throughout the fairgrounds serving delicious burgers, cheese burgers, brats, hot dogs, chicken sandwiches, chips, soda, water, coffee. There is also a breakfast served in Building H each morning from 5:30am - 9:00am. Concessions are not allowed to be sold by anyone other than Madison Classics, or their approved vendors.

Madison Classics Inc. assumes no responsibility for any damage or loss by fire, theft or any other course whatsoever.

If you have any questions or concerns there are police officers on the grounds at night, please go to Gate #3 and summon them for help. We will promptly take care of all situations, ensuring a quality, safe and enjoyable show for all of our guests. Your failure to comply with any or all rules will result in ejection from the grounds without refund.
